The machine runs well. No problems with it. and accuracy is not a problem. We can do a test run if required.
it is 1997 year build horizontal mill.
Located in Houston Tx, and definitely the rigger is required to move it anywhere.
Machine is running and the only thing that needs to be repaired is the seal joint for coolant thru the spindle 1000psi.
Otherwise , there is nothing else that needs to be repaired.
It holds +/-.001 tolerance without problem. It was not used for heavy cuts.
I do not have any movie recorded when machine is milling. We do not have too much work and too many people to run it recently.hovever we turn it on and run spindle almost every day to keep it moving, and also to avoid battery drain and loosing settings/ parameters
We have also all the original books that came with the machine.
It comes with coolant through the spindle pressure unit.
