With over two decades of experience in the Used CNC Machine Tool Industry, Mike possesses a comprehensive understanding of Turning, Milling, and Swiss machine tools. Raised in Gilbert, AZ, Mike attended Gilbert High School, where he actively participated in football for four years. Following his high school education, Mike pursued his academic journey at Chandler Gilbert Community College, and Arizona State University. In 1998, Mike embarked on his professional career as a technician in the Aerospace sector, primarily focusing on working and testing Boeing 737 flight support systems. Subsequently, he transitioned into becoming an RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) Technician at Sea Ray Boats in Phoenix, AZ. In 2001, Mike took the entrepreneurial path and established a low voltage Security company that specialized in installing CCTV, Card Access, and burglary systems for prominent retail chains. Since 2006, Mike has dedicated his expertise to the Machine Tool Industry, a field he remains fully committed to. Even in his leisure time, Mike finds pleasure in camping and enjoying quality moments with his family of five. Additionally, he is an avid golfer who relishes the opportunity to travel to new destinations alongside his wife Marie. While he resided in Colorado for an extended period, Mike's heart remains rooted in the valley of the sun.

With over 30 years of experience in the Machine Tool Industry, James has established himself as a seasoned professional. His specialization lies in CNC Turning, Milling, and Swiss Machine Tools. James possesses extensive knowledge across various machine types and excels in conducting thorough plant evaluations, making him a valuable asset in Auctions & Liquidations. Originally from Central Texas, James attended Belton High School, showcasing his athletic prowess in Track & Field as a skilled Pole Vaulter. Following high school, he pursued training in Firefighting and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) services. Additionally, James gained experience in the Construction field, focusing on remodel and finish carpentry. Beyond his professional pursuits, James values quality time with his three children. His interests include fishing, beach outings, snowboarding, golfing, and passionately cheering for the Denver Broncos.

In 2020, Toby embarked on his journey in the Machinery Industry, gradually honing his expertise in the procurement and sale of surplus equipment. Although Toby's roots trace back to Arizona, he also has connections to Wisconsin—shouting out his support with a spirited "GOPACKGO!" Toby's professional trajectory includes early experiences at a welding shop, followed by a transition to the hospitality sector. Spending numerous years as a bartender, he eventually transitioned into restaurant management. A few years ago, Toby made a pivotal career shift, and today, he plays a crucial role as a valued member of Midstate Machinery.

Scott has primarily concentrated on the Used Machine Tool industry, but his professional journey also involved selling Industrial water blasting equipment and material handling equipment. A former business owner with Halo Equipment Sales, Scott specializes in CNC turning, CNC machining, and CNC Swiss machines. His extensive expertise in buying and selling, coupled with operations and management knowledge, positions him as a vital figure in the sales domain. Recently, Scott and his wife Lisa made a significant move from Southern California to Phoenix, Arizona. Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time on the golf course and discovering new culinary delights with his wife. Their shared passion for travel leads them to explore and experience new destinations together.

Phil, a proud Arizona native, brings his expertise to the world of Turning and Milling CNC machines, specializing in their strategic purchase and repositioning. Before becoming a valuable member of the sales team at Midstate Machinery, Phil served as a cryptologic technician in the US Navy, where he received rigorous training. Following his dedicated service and honorable discharge, Phil pursued academic excellence at Arizona State University. He earned an associate's degree in business and graduated with Cum Laude honors with a bachelor of science in economics. Phil's diverse professional journey includes a successful sales career in mortgage, real estate, and various industries. Fluent in Spanish, Phil serves as the head of sales and acquisitions in Mexico and other key markets. Beyond his professional achievements, Phil finds joy in spending quality time with family and friends. Known for his love of hosting parties, he is also an avid golfer, always ready for a friendly game. Phil's commitment to excellence and his multifaceted skills make him a valuable asset in the world of CNC machines and beyond.
