ALL INVOICES MUST BE PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT. 1. Payment Methods: Payment must be made through Midstate Machinery via either Wire Transfer or Credit Card ($1000 total or less). If paying by Credit Card, there is a 3.75% processing fee. 2. Payment Deadline: Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receiving them. 3. Condition of Items: All items are sold "AS-IS Where-Is." This means that Midstate Machinery does not provide any warranties regarding the condition or working order of the items or lots being sold. Bidders are responsible for verifying the conditions themselves. 4. Sales Final: All sales are final with no return options. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned. 5. Payment Instructions: Payments should be made directly to Midstate Machinery and not through any Bidspotter or Proxibid. Coordination and Removal: It is the buyer's responsibility to coordinate the pickup of purchased items. The deadline for item removal is December, 9th 2025, by 2:30 pm. This must be done at the buyer's expense. Payment for Pickup: The buyer is also responsible for paying any expenses related to the pickup, including but not limited to transport costs, rigging costs, and any other associated expenses. Non-Responsibility of Midstate Machinery: Midstate Machinery is not liable for any expenses incurred by the buyer, including legal fees, transport costs, rigging costs, or any other expenses arising from the buyer's failure to coordinate or pay for item pickup. These terms emphasize the buyer's responsibility for coordinating and paying for the pickup of purchased items, as well as absolving Midstate Machinery of any liability for expenses incurred due to the buyer's actions or inactions.
