ALL INVOICES MUST BE PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECIPT. Payment Methods: Payment must be made through Midstate Machinery via either Wire Transfer or Credit Card. If paying by Credit Card, there is a 3.75% processing fee. Payment Deadline: Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receiving them. Condition of Items: All items are sold "AS-IS Where-Is." This means that Midstate Machinery does not provide any warranties regarding the condition or working order of the items or lots being sold. Bidders are responsible for verifying the conditions themselves. Sales Final: All sales are final with no return options. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned. Payment Instructions: Payments should be made directly to Midstate Machinery and not through any Bidspotter.
